Terms of Service

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Disclaimer

  • The services provided by TUF Coding are intended for lawful purposes only.
  • TUF Coding will not be held liable for any illegal or unauthorized use of the project.

2. Project Restrictions

  • TUF Coding reserves the right to refuse any project that is illegal, unethical, or conflicts with our core values and company policies.
  • We do not accept projects that promote hate speech, discrimination, violence, or harm toward any individual or group.
  • We strictly prohibit involvement in projects related to fraud, phishing, hacking, theft, or any form of unlawful activity.
  • We also reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.

3. Working Hours

  • TUF Coding operates Saturday to Thursday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm GMT +2.
  • Tickets submitted during non-working hours will be responded to on the next working day.
  • Emergency tickets will be handled outside of working hours on a best-effort basis.

4. Tickets

  • Clients may submit service tickets through Discord, Telegram, or our website.
  • Tickets will be responded to in a timely manner, within 24 hours.
  • Emergency tickets will be responded to within 2 hours.

5. Project Timelines

  • Estimated project timelines are based on the assumption that the client provides all required content, access, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Delays in client communication or deliverables may result in adjusted deadlines without penalty to TUF Coding.

6. Revisions

  • Clients may request revisions within 3 days of receiving the final code.
  • Revisions will be made within a reasonable timeframe and with reasonable effort.
  • Any additional revisions requested beyond the initial 3-day period will be subject to additional charges.

7. Payments

  • We require a minimum 25% deposit upfront to ensure a commitment to the project. This percentage may be higher depending on the scope, complexity, or urgency of the project.
  • The remaining balance may be paid upon completion or in predefined milestones, depending on the agreement made before the project starts.
  • We accept a wide range of payment methods, including cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, and USDC, as well as traditional options like PayPal.
  • For PayPal payments, a 20% surcharge will be applied.
  • Source code is not included by default and will only be provided if specifically paid for. The cost of the source code starts at a minimum of 75% of the total project price and may vary based on the project's complexity and scope.
  • Note: The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel the project after work has commenced, unless the cancellation is initiated by us.

8. Hosting and Deployment

  • Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for deployment, hosting, and securing their projects after delivery.
  • If the client chooses TUF Coding to handle hosting and deployment, we will arrange the service through a third-party provider on their behalf.
  • In such cases, TUF Coding acts as a technical facilitator, and the hosting terms are governed by the provider's policies.
  • An additional service fee of 10%–25% will be charged by TUF Coding for handling hosting and deployment, in addition to the actual cost of the hosting service.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement, the intellectual property of the delivered project belongs to the client upon full payment.
  • TUF Coding retains the right to showcase non-sensitive parts of the project in portfolios unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

10. Third-Party Services

  • TUF Coding may use third-party services, platforms, or APIs to fulfill project requirements.
  • We are not responsible for the downtime, pricing changes, or policy shifts of any third-party service provider.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • If the client fails to respond for more than 14 days after project completion, the project will be considered delivered, and any pending balance will remain due.
  • TUF Coding reserves the right to cancel projects with unresponsive clients after reasonable follow-up attempts.
  • If cancellation is initiated by TUF Coding for any reason other than client breach, the client will receive a partial or full refund depending on the work completed.
